The Menagerie sequels from Michael O'Mara

LOM Art, an imprint of Michael O’Mara books, is publishing two sequels to the colouring-in book The Menagerie.

Two books by the same illustrators, Richard Merritt and Claire Scully, are planned: The Aviary: Bird Portraits to Colour on 2nd June and The Aquarium: Marine Creatures to Colour in September. Each title will be published with two-colour foil front covers.

Richard Merritt said: “Working on The Aviary is a great experience as birds are a particular favourite of mine to draw, and the quality of the production from LOM Art means the finished result is superior to other books out there. I'm proud to be part of this series and hope they fly off the shelves.”

Jonathan Marx, editor at LOM Art, said The Menagerie has sold more than 40,000 copies in the UK.
