Theatre and performing arts agent Helen Mumby has been appointed a director of The Soho Agency, joining from Macnaughton Lord Representation.
Mumby will represent clients for the theatre and performing arts plus those writing and directing for film or television.
She joined Macnaughton Lord Representation in 2008, subsequently becoming an agent and then a director.
Her Olivier and Tony award-winning client list includes screenwriter and director Jessica Swale whose first feature film, "Summerland", will be released by Lionsgate in 2020, director Luke Sheppard and lighting designer Howard Hudson who recently opened "& Juliet" in the West End.
Mumby said: "I am delighted to be joining The Soho Agency and to provide my growing list of hugely talented clients with new opportunities for collaboration and idea generation across a wide range of media."
The Soho Agency m.d.
