Coleen Nolan's fourth memoir Live. Laugh. Love. – Lessons I’ve Learned will be published by Constable this October.
Andreas Campomar, publishing director, and Claire Chesser, commissioning editor, bought world rights from Nolan's agent Melanie Blake.
The book will offer advice on a wide range of areas including love and relationships, career tips, body image, motherhood and lifestyle. Nolan will also share wisdom on navigating your way through divorce, dating apps, how to be happy and single, when to compromise and maintaining self-esteem.
The publisher explained: "Since bursting into the spotlight aged nine, Coleen has seen many highs and lows, both personally and professionally: weight loss (and gain), growing up in the public eye, marriage and divorce, family feuds, grief, career setbacks, motherhood and much more. Along the way, she has built a dedicated fanbase who trust her hard-earned advice. Now, for the first time, Coleen will be compiling that advice into a book."
Nolan said: "I’ve always shared the ups and downs of my life’s highs and lows because I know from the letters I get from the public that they appreciate me being honest that life is never a bowl of cherries, in fact sometimes it’s all pips! But there’s always a solution to finding the best out of the worst times so I hope that Live. Laugh. Love. will help people follow me in my attitude that as we only live once, we really do have to make the most of it!"
Constable commented: "We are delighted to be publishing a new book by national treasure Coleen Nolan. Coleen is perfectly placed to advise readers on everything from marriage to motherhood to menopause – as 'Loose Women' fans will know, she won’t hold back! Full of Coleen’s trademark down-to-earth wisdom, Live. Laugh. Love. is the ultimate guide to living your best life."
Nolan has written three memoirs: Upfront and Personal: The Autobiography (Pan), Mum to Mum: Happy Memories and Honest Advice, From a Real Mum (Sidgwick & Jackson) and No Regrets (Michel Joseph).
