Pavilion whips up third baking book from Junior Bake Off judge Gill

Pavilion has whipped up a third baking book from “Junior Bake Off” judge Ravneet Gill. 

Stephanie Milner, publishing director, acquired exclusive world rights to Baking for Pleasure from Ed Griffiths at Insanity Group. It will publish in January 2024.  

The synopsis says: “Baking for Pleasure is all about baking for the pure joy of it – nothing complicated, just delicious bakes made with love for yourself, friends and family. Combining the act of baking with an ethos for self-care and mindfulness, Ravneet offers up foolproof recipes for cookies, traybakes, desserts in cups, and for the first time, her most requested savoury bakes.” 

Milner said: “Working with Rav is a joy – her endless positivity and drive for making the world around her a better place is infectious.
