Piccadilly to release Chris Hoy's cycling guide for kids

Piccadilly Press, part of Bonnier Publishing, will next month release a cycling guide for children by Olympic cyclist Sir Chris Hoy.

On Your Bike, to be published on 20th October, will be a children’s guide to choosing and maintaining their bike, with tips, tricks and space for the reader to record their cycling progress.

Emma Matthewson, publishing director at Piccadilly Press, said: “We are so proud to be publishing this brilliant 'how to' cycle book for children. Who could be better to introduce your child to cycling than the much loved Olympian Sir Chris Hoy? The videos and tips make this a great fun, must-have book for any parent and child wanting to get the most out of cycling.”

The book is part of a deal, announced by Bonnier last year, for a series of books from Hoy. Matthewson acquired the UK and Commonwealth rights to six books from Zoe King at The Blair Partnership. Titles in his fiction series The Flying Fergus were published earlier this year.
