PMJ nabs two ‘sexy motorsport romances’ by Emilee Carter

Penguin Michael Joseph has snapped up two “sexy motorsport romances" perfect for fans of Lauren Asher, Hannah Grace and Netflix’s "Drive to Survive” by Emilee Carter.

Editorial director Hannah Smith acquired world all-language rights directly from the author. The first book in the deal, Bloodstream, is due to launch in paperback original in early 2024.

It follows Faith Jensen as she lands her dream job as a social media manager for Revolution Racing, the most exclusive team in the World Endurance Championships. The synopsis adds: “As she heads off to Spa for the first race of the season, Faith is determined to showcase just what she can bring to the team, until she’s hit with a major bump in the road: Julien.

“Revolution’s evasive star driver and world champion. A man who wants nothing to do with Faith’s plan. The two immediately clash, but it’s clear that sparks are flying. They both have jobs to do for the team and vow that there can be nothing between them. But as the heat begins to grow it’s only a matter of time before all their boundaries come crashing down – and they might just bring the racing world down with them.”
