Rider signs Choose You by Helen Marie

Rider has signed Choose You: Gentle Words to Help You Heal and Grow by Helen Marie.

Editorial director Samantha Jackson acquired world rights from Jane Graham Maw at Graham Maw Christie Agency. Choose You will publish on 16th May 2024.

Marie is a trauma and self-work therapist. She specialises in helping people develop the skills they need to understand themselves at a deeper level and shares her advice on Instagram and TikTok @h.e.l.e.n.m.a.r.i.e. “In Choose You, Helen Marie’s gentle, supportive bite-sized wisdom is featured alongside journal prompts, intuitive questions, reflective exercises and therapy-inspired lists” the publisher said.
