Short Books has signed the revised and updated edition of Dr Michael Mosley’s 4 Weeks To Better Sleep, a "life-changing" and now expanded plan for deep sleep.
Publisher Joanna Copestick acquired world rights, excluding the US and ANZ, directly from the author. The book will be published in trade paperback, audiobook and e-book on 28th December 2023.
The updated edition of 4 Weeks To Better Sleep will feature bonus material on brain health, mood, immunity and metabolism alongside the latest scientific research and guidance on how to improve your sleep.
The "radical" four-week plan aims to re-establish a healthy sleep pattern in "record time". The book also contains tips for teenagers, for people working night shifts and those prone to jet lag with recipes "which will boost your deep sleep by improving your gut microbiome".
