Storm deputy managing director Claire Bord has acquired world all-language rights in e-book, paperback, and audio, including film and TV, for two new linked Second World War-set novels from Roberta Kagan.
The first will be published in October 2024, with the second scheduled for February 2025. Storm will also launch Kagan’s The Blood Sisters trilogy in audio, with the first title, The Pact, to be released in April 2024, followed in quick succession by My Sister’s Betrayal and When Forever Ends.
"I am genuinely thrilled and deeply honoured to dive into the creation of a new Second World War historical fiction series with Storm Publishing," Kagan said. "Working alongside the incredibly talented Claire Bord and Oliver Rhodes is not just a collaboration but a shared journey of passion and dedication. Here’s to bringing history to life and crafting stories that resonate with readers around the world!"
Bord added: “Roberta writes about the ordinary people caught up in the horrors of war. She pours so much heart and care into every story, along with meticulous historical research. I know readers worldwide will devour her new linked books, and we’re also delighted to launch The Blood Sisters trilogy in audio to a new audience."
