Vermilion has landed The Cortisol Reset Plan: 6 Steps to Reduce Stress, Lose Weight and Reclaim Your Energy from nutritionist Marina Wright.

Wright is a functional diagnostic nutritionist specialising in hormonal health and offers guidance to her followers on her Instagram and TikTok account @marinawrightwellness.
