White Lion signs new air fryer cookbook from Sam and Dom Milner

White Lion has signed a new title by Sam and Dom Milner, the authors of The Complete Air Fryer Cookbook (White Lion Publishing), which has sold more than 95,000 copies through the Total Consumer Market since September last year.

Group publishing director Denise Bates acquired world rights in all languages to Air Fryer Easy Everyday from agent Clare Hulton at the Clare Hulton Literary Agency.

"As the creators of the highly successful website RecipeThis.com, Sam and Dom know exactly what makes the best recipes so simple and effective, along with which techniques you need to easily achieve the best results," the synopsis says. "Reflecting the ever increasing popularity of air fryers and the proliferation of different models, their new book makes things super easy by including tailored instructions for the most popular type of air fryer – the single basket and dual – as well as a chapter with recipes for the air fryer oven."
