Yellow Jersey Press is publishing Colouring the Tour de France, a "must-have Christmas gift for cycling fans, colouring fans and the crucial intersection of these two markets", on 3rd November 2016.
The book will be the result of a collaboration between James Nunn, the illustrator and designer behind The Corbyn Colouring Book, and cycling journalist William Fotheringham who has reported on over 20 Tours de France.
It will bring to readers "the epic climbs of Alpe d’Huez and Mont Ventoux, the heroics of Froome, Merckx, Coppi and Hinault and the lonely sight of the Lanterne Rouge, ready to be transformed into glorious technicolour". It also includes tour notes and vintage posters.
Fotheringham writes for the Guardian and Observer on cycling and rugby, and is also the author of Merckx: Half Man, Half Bike (Yellow Jersey) among others.
