Yellow Kite has acquired the rights to a plant-based high protein cookbook from Sophie Waplington of @sophsplantkitchen. Yellow Kite editorial director Nicky Ross acquired the world rights in a deal negotiated by Tom Wright from Bev James Management. Yellow Kite will publish Soph’s Plant Kitchen in the UK on 10th April 2025 alongside Mobius in the US.
The synopsis reads: "Sophie Waplington, a personal trainer, knows the essential role diet plays in nurturing a healthy body and a happy mind. Whether you’re looking for quick, simple ways to include more protein in your everyday eating, or you want to fuel your fitness journey with high protein, plant-based meals, Soph’s Plant Kitchen is the book for you.
