Zaffre lands 'feminist take on Regency romance' from Lex Croucher

Zaffre is to publish Reputation, the debut novel by YouTuber Lex Croucher, in July 2021.

Sarah Bauer, senior editor, acquired world all-language rights from Chloe Seager at the Madeleine Milburn Agency.

Set in the Regency era, Reputation follows the new girl in town, Georgiana Ellers. She meets the enigmatic Frances Campbell and falls in with her unfathomably rich, deeply improper crowd. Georgiana is introduced to a new world, the upper echelons of Regency society, and it's anything but dull. But the price of entry to high society might just be more than Georgiana is willing to pay.
