Welcome to The Bookseller’s Got It Covered quiz: Nibbies 35th Anniversary special. We have zoomed in on 35 Nibbie-winning book covers – simply identify the title of each book for a chance to win a £50 National Book Token.
The British Book Awards – AKA the Nibbies – is the industry’s annual celebration of books and the people who make them, showcasing authors, illustrators and the breadth of industry talent who connect stories with readers. 2025 sees the 35th anniversary of the Awards, and we will be spotlighting 35 titles from the last 35 years, beginning with this quiz. The books included span all the categories at the Nibbies: from illustrated to fiction, lifestyle to pageturners.
The person with the most correct answers by 2nd January will win a £50 National Book Token. In the event of a tie, the winner will be randomly generated from the highest-scoring entrants. After 2nd January you can still play, but you will not be counted among the entries. The full terms and conditions can be found below.
The British Book Awards 2025 will take place on 12th May 2025. Entries are now open.
Terms and conditions
- The organiser of this competition is: The Bookseller, The Stage Media Company Ltd, 47 Bermondsey Street, London SE1 3XT.
- Employees of The Bookseller, their friends and family members or anyone else connected with the competition will not be entered into the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition. To enter, simply complete the online form.
- The winner will be the individual who correctly identifies the most books from the front cover cut-out. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn from all highest-scoring entries.
- Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 2nd January 2025. After this date you can still submit your answers but you will not be entered into the competition.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The Bookseller reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The prize is a £50 National Book Token. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
- The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement.
- The Bookseller’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- You are providing your information to The Bookseller and not to any other party. The information provided will be used for determining the competition winner. We will email all entrants after the winner has been chosen to give them the answers.In providing their email address, the entrant is providing their consent to be added to the mailing list for The Bookseller’s events newsletter.
